Our terms of service as outlined on our website:

- Warranty extends for 6 months. If the router is damaged or the content filtering stops working within the initial 6 months we will at our discretion replace or fix the router free of charge.

- If the firmware on the router is reset by the customer without our approval it nullifies any warranty agreement.

- Content Filtering is not a fool-proof method for always blocking certain internet content. We will not be held liable if someone uses proxies, VPN connections or any other method to bypass our filtering.

- While the router comes with a built-in firewall, no firewall is always 100% secure. Therefore, it is still possible, although unlikely for anyone to bypass the firewall on the router.

- The router is provided as a product to sell, and we charge a fee for the service to set it up and provide the content filtering, but the customer will be under obligation to look after their own content filtering. If they so require, they can provide us with the proper information to setup the content filtering for them, but in accordance with our agreement the customer will still look after the content filtering themselves. We will provide the necessary software and instructions for the customer to setup and manage the content filtering. Because the customer will look after their own content filtering, we are not liable to any damage caused by the content filtering service.

- The internet is a constantly changing world with new sites being created each day. Steps are taken to constantly update the content filtering database and therefore we will not be held liable if someone on your network accesses a site you deem to be harmful.

- In the future we may add and employ new services and tools.  Such new features and/or services shall be subject to these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the service after the introduction of new features and/or services constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use.

- Registration - You will be required to provide information that will allow us to provide you with content filtering.  The information we collect is outlined in our privacy policy.  You shall provide Time Tronics Inc. with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Use, which may result in immediate termination of your Time Tronics Inc. account as well as your content filtering service.  In addition, you agree to maintain and update your registration information to ensure that it is accurate and complete at all times.  Time Tronics Inc. reserves the right to refuse registration of our content filtering service or cancel and stop your service due to a breach of the agreements as outlined in the Terms of Use.  You will immediately notify Time Tronics Inc. in writing of any unauthorized use of your account, or other account related security breach of which you are aware.

- If you have purchased a router or a paid content filtering service, you are expressly agreeing that Time Tronics Inc. is permitted to bill you the applicable fees, any applicable tax and any other charges you may incur with Time Tronics Inc. in connection with your use of the Time Tronics Inc. website or the content filtering service.  If payment is not received or cannot be charged to your account for any reason in advance of the applicable period, Time Tronics Inc. reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the Time Tronics Inc. website and the content filtering service and terminate these Terms of Use. Fees are payable in Canadian Dollars and based on services purchased and not on actual usage. All fees are non-refundable.

- The Time Tronics Inc. website or the content filtering service may permit you to link to other websites or resources on the Internet, and other websites or resources may contain links to the Time Tronics Inc. website, or the content filtering service. These other websites are not under Time Tronics Inc. control, and you acknowledge that Time Tronics Inc. is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites or resources. The inclusion of any such link does not imply endorsement by Time Tronics Inc. or any association with its operators. You further acknowledge and agree that Time Tronics Inc. shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.

- You agree to not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from content on our website, or content associating with the router or the content filtering service.

- Time Tronics Inc. may terminate your access to the Time Tronics. Inc website with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

- Time Tronics Inc. makes no representation that the content filtering service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside of Alberta, Canada and accessing the content filtering service is prohibited from territories where such a service is illegal. If you access the content filtering service from other locations, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

- A printed version of these Terms of Use and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.

- Terms of Use are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province in Alberta and the country of Canada.

- These Terms of Use are the entire agreement between you and Time Tronics Inc. with respect to the content filtering service and use of the Time Tronics website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Time Tronics Inc. with respect to this Site (but excluding the use of any software which may be subject to a separate end-user license agreement). If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
